WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Our Pinot Gris was selected from three of our growers in the Nelson Region Winemaking A cold December and dry Summer resulted in poor flowering and low yields throughout the Nelson region however the region had excellent growing conditions through January onwards leding to an early start to harvest This 2016 harvest with low yields has resulted in excellent wines displaying high fruit concentration elegance vibrancy and purity TASTING NOTES An elegant aromatic wine with inviting stone fruit and floral aromas leading to a silky palate teamed with vibrant fruit and ginger nbsp Clear light straw colour nbsp Luscious vibrant fruit with ginger amp honeysuckle palate nbsp Drink young and fresh through to 2017 nbsp Serve slightly chilled with fresh seafood Asian dishes or simply enjoy a glass on its own
