The exceptionally cool vintage was ideal for long sustained ripening, thus providing outstanding varietal character. We selected the Cabernet Sauvignon from our Orchard and Katunga vineyards, the Petit Verdot parcels came from the Siberia and Stubble Quail blocks and the Malbec from the Oakley vieyard.
