For our first varietal Mataro, we selected fruit form a 40 year old Gawler River vineyard. The old wines have provided us with a quality ripe fruit to work with. Aerate extensively before drinking.Please note the Pirramimma 'Eight Carat' Mataro 2013 was bottled on 27th June 2016, hus the wine will have “Bottle Shock”. We recommend the wine rest and recuperate between 3 -5 months before consumption. Please aerate extensively before drinking.
