WINERY INFORMATION Situated within 5km of the ocean in the heart of Mount Benson is Norfolk Rise Vineyard The estate boasts of a rugged coastline and white sandy beaches providing the area with fresh and flavoursome seafood TASTING NOTES Selected from the winery rsquo s Estate vineyard the graes were processed carefully and their juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeasts The resultant wine has a 12 5 alcohol level and displays a pale straw-yellow colour The lifted bouquet exudes fragrances of lychee tropical fruit and perfumed musk while the crisp and cleansing palate packs rich flavours of passionfruit and guava These flavours intermix with the refreshing mineral acidity to culminate in a lingering and satisfying finale Pair this wine with warm chicken salad spicy Asian cuisine prawns or pan-seared scallops to unlock its full potential nbsp
