WINERY INFORMATION Located on the southern end of South Australia in the heart of Mount Benson Norfolk Rise Vineyard is best known for its rugged coastline and sandy beaches that allow for the provision of fresh seafood It is planted on 180 hectares of terra rossa soils spread out on the coastal ills in the region TASTING NOTES With an alcohol content of 14 Norfolk Rise Estate Pinot Noir 2016 presents a vibrant crimson hue Blissful fragrances of cherry rhubarb fennel cola and honey flow from the elegant bouquet The palate is light-weighted and youthful filled with fresh flavours of dark fruits mushrooms and spicy hints leading to an earthy finish With a cellaring potential till the year 2020 this wine is a great food accompaniment to mushroom risottos Middle Eastern cuisine and lamb ragu pastas nbsp
