WINERY INFORMATION Lloyd Brothers Wine and Olive Company owns 2 flourishing vineyards - the 70-acre McLaren Vale family estate in the Seaview sub region and the 110-acre Miegunyah Vineyard in Adelaide Hills The family estate also houses a purpose built winery administration warehouse and cellardoor facility The company is presently owned and managed by reputed vignerons and brothers - David and Matthew Lloyd nbsp TASTING NOTES The premium fruit parcels used to create this dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon were handpicked fermented in small batches and then basket pressed Post maturation in a combination of American and French oak the wine displays a deep ruby red colour with purple tinges A whiff of the wine offers pleasing aromas of blackcurrant The palate is generous brimming with flavours of mint slice and chocolate spice coupled with delicate herbal notes Firm and savoury tannins integrate with these pleasing characters to culminate the wine in a captivating finale This delicious Lloyd Brothers Cab Sauv can be cellared for 10 to 15 years from vintage Pair it with bittersweet chocolate grilled ahi tuna and Cheddar cheese for an appealing meal experience nbsp
