Anna and Jason Flowerday run the Te Whare Ra vineyard in Marlborough according to organic and bio-dynamic practices. The fruit is picked and sorted by hand then processed in a winery especially designed for small-batch wine-making. This dry Pinot Gris is finely structured with great purity and lengh of flavour. Lifted aromas of nashi pear raspberry red apple and white florals follow on to the palate where they're balanced by a fine supple texture and lingering minerality.
