Rod Mcdonald Wines Quarter Acre Syrah

$27.99

New Zealand's Hawke's Bay is famous for its Syrah. Elegant and spicy, complex and nuanced, it's a world away from the big brash Shiraz that Australia is famous for. In fact, a Hawke's Bay Syrah is very similar in style to France's Rhône reds (hence the Syrah ag). This one is luscious and lovely. the rich fruit, toasty oak, delicate spice, chalky tannins and myriad flavours all come together to create a wine of great character and distinction.
