WINERY INFORMATION Located on Riddoch Highway in the renowned Coonawarra wine region Redman Wines represents four generations of family winemaking tradition The history behind the company goes back to over 100 years Bill Redman had moved to Coonawarra in 1901 and subsequently worked at John Riddch rsquo s winery Seven years later he had bought 40 acres of vineyards and crafted his first wine in the year 1909 The winemaking practised by Redman winery today can still be traced back to William rsquo s lessons during his time TASTING NOTES This spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum from Redman Wines presents a medium red hue with vibrant purple shades The perfumed bouquet gives off pleasing aromas of red berries and oak Soft tannins and clean acid line integrate with medium-bodied palate brimming with delicate Cabernet berry flavours This elegant red wine ends with a long finish It tastes fantastic with pot roast pork shoulder with prunes rhubarb macaroni and cheese nbsp
