So Penfolds make a lot of wine. A lot of very good wine, with some of their range in the exceptional category. This is one of those wines. Shiraz from the acclaimed subregion of Marananga, crafted with an expert hand to channel the powerful 2016 vintage. It’s a wine with pedigree, class and great geing potential. We are big fans of this wine, as were some of the world’s best palates. Along with Huon Hooke’s glowing 96 point review below, James Suckling said that “for all this power, it feels almost effortless with such balance.” Additionally, Halliday’s Tyson Stelzer mentioned “focused fruit integrity carries from start through long finish. A great Marananga with a strong future before it”.
