It’s not every day you see a mencia, let alone a mencia rosé. Shame, because this is excellent. As Eddie the Wine Guy (he hates when we call him that, so let’s call him that) says, “mencia has much more acid than something like grenache, so rather than just chuck it in an ice bucket and wash it down, this is a bit more serious.”
