Veuve Elise is not related to Veuve Clicquot Champagne, but it's still French and it's a very decent fizz. This is a very tasty French fizz that is oh so more-ish. Made in a Blanc de Blancs style (so all white grapes), this crisp and citrussy bubbly comes from the warm southern end of France and pacs in a sunny, fruity personality with enough crisp acidity to keep it all tight.
