With the benefit of a little bottle age, this is an excellent cabernet and will be long-lived. The colour is still youthfully red-purple; the bouquet suggests blackberry and black olive. The full-bodied palate has a lot of classically firm Clare tannins promising a long and solid future in the wine ellar.
