WINERY INFORMATION Medhurst Wines is a reputed wine estate located in the picturesque Yarra Valley region The wine brand was started by Ross Wilson and his wife Robyn who shared a common vision for producing the finest quality regional wines These wines represent the favourable terroir and magnficent characteristics of the company rsquo s vineyard This flourishing vineyard was planted with Pinot Noir Shiraz Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon grapevines in 2000 TASTING NOTES Medhurst Estate Vineyard Shiraz is a deep red coloured wine showing a purple rim The perfumed nose reveals blackberry aromas with a gentle touch of smoked spice lurking in the background Fine tannins integrate with the fresh and lively palate filled with generous fruit flavours The finale is soft and textured This wonderful Shiraz has the potential to cellared for 4 to 8 years from vintage It tastes amazing with grilled bone-in ribeye served alongside root vegetables nbsp nbsp
