WINERY INFORMATION McPherson Wines offers an exquisite range of finest quality forward fruit wines using premium fruit parcels harvested from their family vineyards in Murray darling and nbsp Goulburn Valley Located on Expo Court in Mount Waverley the winery was established in the year 1968 Ths wine was named Lucie rsquo s Promise after Andrew McPherson rsquo s granddaughter - Lucie Inara Mourad who represents the strength and hope of the family rsquo s new generation nbsp TASTING NOTES The fruit for this dazzling Rose was harvested and then the juice obtained was run off the skins This resulted in the production of a fuchsia coloured wine The fragrant nose is perfumed with strawberry and raspberry aromas The dense palate is rife with intense fruit flavours coupled with mint undertones These characters culminate in a satisfying finale This alluring Rose from McPherson Wine Co can be cellared for two years Drink it chilled as an aperitif with antipasto or spicy Thai noodles nbsp
