This Pinot is from our glorious Dixon's Creek vineyard. Aromas of sweet berries, cinnamon spices and subtle vanilla bean, mixing with hints of earth, cedar and cigar coming through the oak. Ethereal perfumes and a violet-based blue lift. Silky fine tannins and a bright clean acidity gives the wine lne and persistence into the back palate with a long aftertaste of ripe cherries, strawberries, subtlety smoked fennel and spicy cedar. Limited stock.
