Since the first release of this wine we have aimed to create a wine that captures the structure length and mouthfeel displayed by the red variety Shiraz whilst at the same time providing a very crisp tropical palate with low acidity Fresh picked strawberries and cream dominate the nose with hits of spring flowers and a veil of citrus peel adding vibrancy The palate is a luscious combination of kiwi and strawberry leading into a crisp sour apple finish Serve chilled
