Winemaker Kevin Mitchell has set a new benchmark with the Covenant Shiraz. This wine has been created to perfectly express the Clare Valley's terroir and varietal individuality. Beautifully lifted notes of licorice, cedary oak and ripe, spicy plums flood the senses followed by dark chocolate and spie on the palate with quality oak and natural fine grained tannins.
