WINERY INFORMATION Henry rsquo s Drive Wines represents Mark and Kim rsquo s passion and dedication for creating a unique range of flavoursome wines Founders Kim and Mark Longbottom named the company after Henry John Hill - the proprietor of the mail coach service that drove through their propertyin the 19th century They released their first vintage in the year 1998 nbsp TASTING NOTES The premium fruit used to produce this alluring Chardonnay was harvested and then tank fermented A small portion of the juice was aged in French oak This process led to the creation of a pale straw coloured wine displaying lemon yellow tints A whiff of the wine reveals scintillating aromas of grapefruit almond and white peach The luscious palate packs flavours of pear lemon sherbet and flint This fabulous Chardonnay ends in a satisfying finish It tastes fantastic with bay scallop chowder pizza Margherita and Mozzarella cheese nbsp
