Giant Steps Clay Ferment Ocarina Chardonnay

Giant Steps is clearly one of the leading producers in the Yarra with winemaking icon Steve Flamsteed steering the ship in the winery. Ocarina is their left-of-centre chardonnay and it’s an absolute revelation. They take small parcels of fruit from their five single vineyards and ferment and ge in a ceramic egg. The finished wine is then bottled unfiltered and unfined, providing the purest expression of the variety that they can craft.
