We celebrate our Gapsted wines here at the ‘Fo. And what better way to celebrate than with some bubbles? This sparkling rosé is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, providing the best of both worlds. There’s a bit of toastiness and citrus from the chardy coupled with flavours of strawberry andapple from the pinot. Freshness abounds throughout, making for some lovely, lighthearted drinking as the days get longer and warmer. Sounds about perfect to us.
