WINERY INFORMATION Fork in The Road is a premium wine range produced using fruits sourced from the Old Oval Estate vineyard located in the heart of the picturesque McLaren Vale wine region It was established by Joan Rowley who started growing wine grapes on her 20-acre property as per a 10-year gape contract with Hardy rsquo s Wine nbsp TASTING NOTES Fork in the Road Scarce Earth Shiraz features a purple red colour with dark hues along the edges Aged in American oak hogsheads for a period of 18 months this vibrant Shiraz offers juicy aromas and fruity flavours of berries dark chocolate and liquorice coupled with subtle spice characters Fine and smooth tannins fuse with the ripe fruit flavours to end in a long soft and satisfying finish Crafted to relish upon release this wonderful red wine tastes great with cured meats smoked seitan steaks and slow-roasted barbecue pork nbsp
