Deep, dense red-purple colour and a rich, ripe smelling bouquet of spices and meaty charcuterie, plum and cherry. The texture is soft and fleshy, smooth and gentle but the wine is also ample in tannins. The farewell is balanced and leaves a delicious aftertaste. A very classy wine indeed.
