Paddy Devlin was a self-made man who ran a wine 'shanty' where he peddled wine to the weary cattlemen who passed through his property and vineyard. That same vineyard has since been rejuvinated and now prodces this Shiraz that has to be tasted to be believed. Lovely perfume arises off the noe with great crushed dark berry and spices on the palate. A wine with great length and longevity ... a bit like Paddy Devlin's story!
