This wine is a soft, medium to full bodied re with bright plum, raspberry and blueberry fruit flavours, combining savoury notes of sage, thyme, star anise and black pepper. This wine is well structured with fine savoury tannins, coconut oak undertones, balanced acidity and finished with lingering dark berry, thyme and mint flavours.
