This Melbourne Gin is inspired by the flavours of South East Asia. They distill fresh makrut (kaffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper, coriander, angelica and orris. Bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail. Batch distilled and hand crafted this local Gin is well worth seeking out.
