WINERY INFORMATION The winemaking team at Blessington Road produces premium fruit driven wines using grapes sourced from their lush in-house vineyards These vineyards are located in the midst of the picturesque White Hills sitting in close proximity to the North Esk River and Scout Island The rand offers some of Tasmania rsquo s finest quality Chardonnay Riesling and Pinot Noir wines nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Blessington Road Riesling were fermented in tank under controlled temperatures to retain their delicate fruit profile This led to the creation of a bright wine presenting a pale straw colour lined with green tinges A swirl of the wine reveals mesmerising scents of fresh lime juice lemon blossom honeysuckle and dried herbs The crisp palate shows intense flavours of kaffir lime lemon curd and citrus along with clove and cinnamon overtones These aromas and flavours fuse together to end the drink in a long finish marked by crunchy acidity This vibrant Riesling can be served with chicken piccata roasted root vegetables or broccoli apple salad nbsp
